Warehouse Operations Senior Analyst

This role focuses on optimizing and managing warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of orders. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze warehouse operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout, processes, and workflows.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other departments.
Identify and implement solutions to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
