Telesales Executive

This role involves engaging with potential customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and qualifying potential leads.
Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients.
Presenting product/service information and addressing customer inquiries.
Negotiating and closing sales deals.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0 to 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
A positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
