School Counsellor

This role involves providing comprehensive counselling services to students, supporting their academic, personal, and social-emotional development. The School Counsellor will work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counselling to students.
Assess student needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to address student concerns.
Develop and implement guidance programs to promote student well-being.
Maintain accurate records of counselling services provided.
Participate in school-wide initiatives to support student success.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counselling or a related field.
Experience working with children and adolescents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Knowledge of child development and counselling techniques.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students.
