FinOps Platform Engineer - Senior

This role focuses on building and maintaining a robust FinOps platform to optimize cloud spending and drive financial accountability within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud financial management principles, engineering best practices, and a passion for automating processes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain FinOps platform components and integrations.
Automate cloud cost optimization processes and reporting.
Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to drive FinOps adoption.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track cloud spending and performance.
Implement and enforce cost governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud financial management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in cloud engineering and FinOps.
Strong understanding of cloud financial management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
