AVP Posting Billing

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the billing operations within a US healthcare setting, specifically related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The AVP will ensure accurate and timely billing processes, compliance with regulations, and efficient revenue collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the billing team, providing guidance and training.
Oversee the entire billing cycle, from claim submission to payment posting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare billing regulations and guidelines.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on billing performance.
Resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-20 years) in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management.
Strong understanding of US healthcare billing regulations and coding.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with billing software and systems.
