LIMS Support Engineer

This role focuses on providing expert support and maintenance for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The LIMS Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the LIMS, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with users to optimize system performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LIMS users.
Maintain and update LIMS software and hardware.
Configure and customize LIMS to meet specific user requirements.
Develop and maintain LIMS documentation.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure LIMS integration.
Monitor LIMS performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement security measures to protect LIMS data.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience supporting and maintaining LIMS systems.
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and processes.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
Experience with database management.
Familiarity with laboratory instruments and equipment.
Experience with data validation and quality control.
