SAP SuccessFactors RCM RMK Consultant

This role involves providing expert consulting services related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Reporting (RCM) and related modules. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SuccessFactors RCM solution to meet client business needs, ensuring efficient and compliant recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SuccessFactors RCM to align with client requirements.
Implement and support recruitment workflows and processes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on RCM best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SuccessFactors RCM system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation related to RCM configurations and processes.
Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors RCM consultant.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Experience with configuring and customizing SuccessFactors RCM modules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with integration of SuccessFactors with other systems.
