SAP HANA Administrator

This role involves the administration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP HANA databases to ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity. The SAP HANA Administrator will be responsible for implementing best practices, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other IT teams to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and upgrading SAP HANA systems.
Monitoring database performance and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Performing database backups and recovery operations.
Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.
Troubleshooting and resolving database-related incidents.
Optimizing database performance through tuning and indexing.
Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP HANA Administrator.
Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and concepts.
Experience with database backup and recovery procedures.
Proficiency in SQL and other database scripting languages.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with performance monitoring and tuning.
