Voice Engineer Cisco CUCM

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining voice communication systems, ensuring reliable and efficient communication infrastructure for the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Cisco CUCM and related technologies, with experience in troubleshooting and optimizing voice networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues.
Design and implement voice network solutions.
Manage and optimize voice system performance.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate voice systems with other infrastructure.
Implement and maintain voice quality monitoring tools.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Voice Engineer with Cisco CUCM.
Strong understanding of VoIP protocols and technologies.
Experience with network troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with 24/7 shift operations is a plus.
