ServiceNow CMDB Purview Services

This role focuses on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB and Purview services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience in data governance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of configuration data within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions.
Configure and manage Purview services for data governance and compliance.
Maintain data quality and integrity within the CMDB.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB and Purview related issues.
Develop and maintain CMDB documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of CMDB principles and best practices.
Familiarity with data governance and Purview services.
Experience with ITIL framework.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
