Quality Engineer - Precast Construction

This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the precast construction process. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Identify and analyze quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and other teams to resolve quality concerns.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Participate in audits and inspections.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in quality control within a manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
