US Healthcare Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent within the US healthcare sector. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Managing the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and interview panels.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience recruiting for the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
