Senior Training Coordinator

This role involves coordinating and managing training programs to ensure effective skill development and knowledge transfer within the organization. The Senior Training Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of training initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and development of personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and material preparation.
Manage training budgets and track expenses.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5 to 10 years of experience in training and development.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
