Rating Analyst

This role involves providing analytical support to the credit rating process. The Rating Analyst will assist in evaluating the creditworthiness of companies and financial instruments, contributing to the accurate and timely assignment of credit ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting financial statement analysis and industry research.
Developing financial models and projections.
Assessing credit risk factors and potential vulnerabilities.
Preparing internal reports and presentations summarizing findings.
Monitoring rated entities and updating ratings as needed.
Supporting senior analysts in the rating committee process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
