Performance Marketing Manager

This role is focused on driving growth and maximizing the return on investment for our marketing campaigns. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across various channels to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, and other relevant channels.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and sales, to ensure campaign alignment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements/Qualifications

2-7 years of experience in performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and other relevant marketing technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
