Senior IT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top IT talent to support Capgemini's growing needs. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the company's overall talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong sourcing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
