Senior RPA Agentic Automation Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of RPA principles, experience with leading RPA platforms, and a passion for leveraging automation to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath, n8n, and/or Python.
Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Build and maintain RPA bots, ensuring high quality and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA implementations.
Contribute to the development of RPA best practices and standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in software development or a related field.
Strong experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, n8n, or similar.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
