Agency Development Manager

This role focuses on building and managing a network of insurance advisors to drive sales and achieve business objectives. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating advisors, ensuring they provide excellent service to clients and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding new insurance advisors.
Providing ongoing training and development to advisors.
Monitoring advisor performance and providing coaching.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with advisors.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
