Process Engineer - Electrical Assembly Shopfloor Profile

This role involves overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes within an electrical assembly environment. The Process Engineer will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and implementing improvements to enhance overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
Develop and implement process control procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production flow.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
3 to 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of electrical assembly processes.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
