Field Counsellor

This role involves providing direct support and guidance to individuals, ensuring they receive appropriate care and assistance. The Field Counsellor will act as a vital link between the organization and the community, advocating for client needs and facilitating access to essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting initial assessments and needs evaluations.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Providing emotional support and counseling to clients and their families.

Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in counseling or social work is preferred.
