Hardware Asset Management Analyst

This role focuses on the efficient management and tracking of hardware assets within an organization. The Hardware Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, compliance, and cost optimization related to hardware resources.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, including details such as serial numbers, locations, and configurations.
Track hardware lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Implement and enforce asset management policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with asset management standards.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize hardware utilization and reduce costs.
Manage hardware warranties and support contracts.
Investigate and resolve asset-related issues.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in hardware asset management or a related IT role.
Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles.
Proficiency in using asset management tools and software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
