HVAC Assistant Purchase Manager

This role involves supporting the procurement and management of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment and related materials. The HVAC Assistant Purchase Manager will work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality components, contributing to the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and procuring HVAC equipment and components.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in procurement, preferably within the HVAC or engineering sector.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
