Branch Manager - Life Insurance Agency Channel

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service within a designated territory. The Branch Manager will be accountable for achieving sales targets, developing agent skills, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance agents.
