Plant Manager

This role involves overseeing all aspects of a manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading a team, managing resources, and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating all plant operations.
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Leading and motivating a team of production staff.
Monitoring plant performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in a plant management role.
