Non-IT Recruiter

This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for non-IT positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-IT setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
