NICU/PICU Staff Nurse

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients within a dynamic hospital setting. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor vital signs and document patient responses.
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, hygiene, and feeding.

Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting preferred.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
