Creative Head - Copy

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Head - Copy to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development of compelling and engaging copy across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and driving impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative copy strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance and feedback.
Write and edit copy for a wide range of channels, including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.
Collaborate with designers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 11 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of creative professionals.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with various content management systems (CMS).
