RPA Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The RPA Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, build robust and scalable automation workflows, and ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing bots.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath.
Implement and test automation workflows, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Maintain and support existing RPA bots, addressing issues and implementing enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training.
Document RPA solutions and processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath.
Strong understanding of RPA principles and best practices.
Experience in process mapping and analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
