Legal Officer

This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. The Legal Officer will be responsible for advising on legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
5 to 8 years of experience in a legal role.
Strong understanding of legal principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
