Facility Engineer

This role involves ensuring the efficient and safe operation of building facilities, encompassing maintenance, repairs, and adherence to safety protocols. The Facility Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of facility upkeep to provide a comfortable and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
Manage vendor relationships for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Oversee building security systems and access control.
Coordinate and manage facility projects, including renovations and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
1 to 6 years of experience in facility management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
