Analyst - Human Resources

This role supports the Human Resources function, providing analytical insights and operational assistance to ensure efficient and effective HR processes. The Analyst will contribute to data-driven decision-making and support various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.
Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
