Supervisor Fund Accounting Real Assets

This role involves overseeing fund accounting operations for real asset portfolios. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, managing a team of accounting professionals, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of fund accountants.
Review and approve fund accounting entries and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
6 to 8 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably within real assets.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with fund accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
