Sr. Process Expert - Operations - APM - Terminal

This role focuses on optimizing operational processes within a dynamic environment, leveraging expertise in APM (Application Performance Management) and terminal operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and ensuring efficient and reliable performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing operational workflows and identify bottlenecks.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Utilize APM tools to monitor application performance and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in process improvement and optimization.
Strong understanding of APM principles and tools.
Experience in terminal operations or a related field.

Experience with process mapping and documentation.
