Cloud DevOps Engineering Lead

This role is focused on leading and implementing cloud and DevOps strategies to optimize software development and deployment processes. The Engineering Lead will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure while fostering a collaborative and efficient engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
Implement and maintain security best practices within the cloud environment.
Drive continuous improvement of DevOps processes and tools.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-20 years) in software engineering, with a focus on cloud and DevOps.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Python).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
