Process Engineer

This role involves overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety within a chemical production environment. The Process Engineer will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and maintaining a robust and reliable production system.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and research and development, to achieve production goals.
Document process changes and maintain accurate records.
Participate in process validation and scale-up activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of process simulation software is a plus.
