Mac Endpoint Administrator

This role focuses on managing and maintaining the organization's macOS environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction. The Mac Endpoint Administrator will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting macOS devices, as well as implementing and maintaining related systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain macOS devices, including configuration, deployment, and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve macOS-related issues for end-users.
Implement and enforce security policies and best practices for macOS devices.
Automate tasks and processes using scripting and other tools.
Manage user accounts and access permissions within the macOS environment.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of macOS devices with other systems.
Maintain documentation of macOS configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing and administering macOS environments.
Strong knowledge of macOS operating systems and related technologies.
Experience with macOS deployment tools and automation techniques.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.
