Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations. Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionality and configuration.
Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
