Senior Manager - Commercial Forecasting

This role focuses on providing critical forecasting support to drive business decisions and ensure alignment with strategic goals. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust forecasting models, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve accurate and reliable forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex forecasting models using statistical techniques and data analysis.
Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify key drivers of demand.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather input and refine forecasts.
Present forecast results and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the development of long-range strategic plans.
Ensure alignment of forecasting processes with industry best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in commercial forecasting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
