Customer Success Manager

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing the value they receive from our products and services. The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and guide them through initial setup.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and challenges.
Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are realizing the full potential of our offerings.
Identify and address client concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering) to advocate for client needs.
Track and analyze client usage data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and deliver training and educational resources for clients.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using CRM and customer success platforms.
