Human Capital Generalist Analyst

This role supports the Human Capital function, providing essential administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. The Human Capital Generalist Analyst will assist with various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, while maintaining data integrity and providing insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist with performance management processes, including tracking goals and providing administrative support.
Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
