BIM Manager

This role involves leading and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities for complex projects within the telecom, ICT, ELV, MEP, and data center sectors. The BIM Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of BIM standards, workflows, and technologies across project teams, contributing to enhanced project delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols.
Manage BIM models and data throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure BIM integration.
Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and techniques.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define BIM requirements.
Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and implement solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in BIM management within the telecom, ICT, ELV, MEP, or data center industries.
Strong knowledge of BIM software and workflows (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with clash detection and resolution.
Understanding of construction processes and documentation.
Experience with data center projects is a plus.
