Non-IT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying and attracting qualified candidates for non-IT positions within various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sourcing, and a keen understanding of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Understanding of recruitment best practices.
