Human Resource Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the company's growth and operational needs. The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to a diverse and skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Conduct background checks and verify employment history.
Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
