Key Account Manager - Retail Engagement

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners to drive patient engagement and brand awareness for Indira IVF Hospital. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing retail strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement retail engagement strategies to increase patient acquisition.
Manage relationships with key retail partners, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with retail partners.
Monitor and analyze retail performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
Conduct market research to identify new retail opportunities.
Represent Indira IVF Hospital at retail events and trade shows.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the healthcare or retail sector.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
