RCM Executive

This role involves managing and overseeing revenue cycle processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and resolving any related issues. The RCM Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining financial health and operational efficiency within the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full revenue cycle process, from patient registration to claims submission and payment posting.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Collaborate with various departments to improve revenue cycle performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Train and mentor junior staff.
