Tamil Voice Process Executive - Reminder Collection Calls

This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.
Responding to inbound customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their accounts.
Documenting all customer interactions and resolutions.
Following up with customers to ensure payment completion.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Fluency in Tamil and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
