Sr Manager R&D PCBA CoE

This role involves leading and managing a research and development team focused on Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) within a Center of Excellence. The position requires a strong technical background in PCBA processes, a proven ability to manage projects, and excellent leadership skills to guide a team of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the PCBA Center of Excellence team.
Oversee the design, development, and testing of PCBA solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in PCBA manufacturing processes.

Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Significant experience in PCBA design, manufacturing, and testing.
