Relationship Manager - Gold Loan

This role is focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving growth in gold loan offerings. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, processing loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through various channels and build a robust customer base.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate gold loan products.
Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
