Academic Counsellor

This role involves guiding and supporting students in making informed decisions about their academic pathways. The Academic Counsellor will provide personalized advice, assess student needs, and facilitate access to relevant educational resources, ultimately contributing to student success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic counseling and guidance to students.
Assess student interests, skills, and goals.
Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and programs.
Offer support and resources for academic challenges.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience in academic advising or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of educational systems and resources.
