Product Onboarding Specialist

This role focuses on ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new users of our innovative quick dry cleaning software. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user adoption, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at translating technical features into easily understandable guidance for a diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities

Guide new users through the initial setup and configuration of the software.
Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Proactively identify and address user challenges and provide timely support.
Gather user feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve the onboarding process.
Monitor user engagement and identify opportunities to increase product adoption.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in product onboarding, customer success, or a related field.
